Organisations we have worked with!
Haven House Children’s Hospice was first conceived in the early 1990s, as the brainchild of Sue Irwin, a registered nurse and health visitor, who with friends and colleagues founded the charity to provide care to life-limited children and their families at no cost to them.
The London Violence Against Women and Girls (VAWG) Consortium is made up of 29 organisations working in partnership to deliver comprehensive, cost effective, high quality services to all communities across London.
The View is the perfect place to start a day out in the Forest, with maps, helpful staff, frequent events, and two waymarked trails starting at the back door! You can learn the history of Epping Forest through our interactive displays, check out our regular art and history exhibitions, and visit the beautiful, centuries-old Queen Elizabeth’s Hunting Lodge.
Since opening in 1967, Suntrap has welcomed primary schools, secondary schools, sixth form colleges, nurseries, children centres and family groups to explore our natural environment within Epping Forest. A visit to the centre gives students the opportunity to learn in and about a natural environment close to where they live.
